Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore City

Northeastern District

Shooting: Police were seeking a gunman who shot another man in the leg about 6:40 p.m. yesterday at 33rd Street and Tivoly Avenue. The victim was treated at Johns Hopkins Hospital.

Northwestern District

Suspect sought: Leslie Dixon, 39, of the 4800 block of Wilern Ave. has been charged in warrants with armed robbery and first-degree assault and was being sought by police. She is charged in the $175 robbery of a 58-year-old man Monday afternoon in the 5600 block of Wabash Ave., during which a shot was fired by an unidentified male accomplice.

Eastern District

Arrest: Hasan Smith, 17, was arrested Wednesday at his home in the 1000 block of N. Gay St. by members of the Warrant Apprehension Task Force. He is charged as an adult with attempted murder in the shooting April 12 of Davon Anthony in the 1500 block of E. Preston St.

Southeastern District

Arrests: A man and woman charged in warrants with attempted murder in the shooting of Geoffrey Bird, 21, in the 2800 block of Jefferson St. on April 24 have been arrested. Daryll Jones, 25, of the 4100 block of Romlet Court in Brooklyn was arrested Wednesday in the 3500 block of Gilman Terrace. Charmaine Ward, also 25 and of the Romlet Court address, was arrested yesterday at her home.

Baltimore County

Towson Precinct

Robbery: Two men, one with a shotgun, robbed a 7-Eleven store in the 6300 block of Sherwood Road of several cartons of cigarettes about 1 a.m. Wednesday.

Franklin Precinct

Burglary: Someone broke into Wheel Deal, an auto parts store in the 500 block of Main St., Wednesday through a side door and stole rims, tires, exhaust pipes and $5,000 in cash.
