Pawtucket 16, Ottawa 1: The visiting Red Sox (10-9) scored 14 runs in the third inning. Darnell McDonald hit a two-out homer in the second for Ottawa (9-10). Earl Snyder and Jeremy Owens homered for Pawtucket.

Double-A Eastern League

Bowie 7, Harrisburg 6, 7 innings: The South Division leader Baysox (10-7) trailed 6-4 before scoring three runs in the bottom of the seventh to defeat the visiting Senators (7-9) in the first game.

Bowie 3, Harrisburg 0, 2nd game

Single-A Carolina League

Winston-Salem 5, Frederick 3: The host Warthogs (4-12) broke a 3-3 tie by scoring twice in the bottom of the fifth.

Single-A South Atlantic League

Delmarva 9, Rome 8, 11 innings

Hagerstown 7, Savannah 6: Jay Knowlton singled to left field to score the winning run in the ninth for the Suns (5-11). Hagerstown got a three-run homer from Derek Barrows in its victory over the Sand Gnats (9-10).
