Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore City

Southeastern District

Arrest: Tavon Parker, 26, of the 1500 block of Kia Court was arrested yesterday in the 1600 block of Aisquith St. by members of the Warrant Apprehension Task Force. He is charged in a warrant with attempted murder in the shooting March 14 of Marty Brown, 17, in the 1600 block of E. Pratt St.

Eastern District

Rape/robbery: A man described as in his 40s, less than 5 feet tall and wearing a multi-colored sweat suit forced a woman into a vacant house in the 1400 block of N. Washington St. early Monday at gunpoint, took $68 and jewelry, and then raped her.

Southern District

Robbery: An 83-year-old woman was about to enter her car in the 700 block of Washington Blvd. about 10:20 a.m. Monday when a man knocked her to the pavement and robbed her of $25. She was not seriously injured.

Theft: A 24-foot boat trailer valued at $1,000 was stolen Monday in the 6400 block of Fort Smallwood Road.

Burglary: Seven new windows valued at $1,183 were stolen Monday from a house under renovation in the 1200 block of W. Lombard St.

Baltimore County

Cockeysville Precinct

Burglary/arrests: Three men were arrested Monday morning and charged with entering the lot of Chesapeake Cadillac in the 10200 block of York Road that day and stealing items from vehicles. A security officer of a firm next door spotted the men breaking into vehicles and called police. Arrested and charged with burglary, theft, destruction of property and released on their own recognizance were William Culbreth, 35, of the 5400 block of Price Ave. in Baltimore; his brother, Donald Culbreth, 27, of the 5800 block of Thunder Hill Road in Columbia; and Vincent Bess, 39, of the 3900 block of W. Rogers Ave. in Baltimore.

Robbery: A woman, 20, was parked behind First Financial Credit Union in the 1200 block of York Road about 10:20 p.m. Sunday when two men, one armed with a handgun, robbed her of her car keys and $63.

Franklin Precinct

Burglary: A .25-caliber semiautomatic handgun, several pieces of jewelry and $3,000 cash were stolen Monday from a house in the first block of Dreher Ave.

White Marsh Precinct

Burglary: Three weed cutters, hedge shears, an edger and three leaf blowers - all valued at $3,000 - were stolen Monday from a landscaper's truck parked in the 10000 block of Philadelphia Road.

North Point Precinct

Burglary: A Hawken .50-caliber black powder rifle and a circular saw - all valued at $330 - were stolen Monday from a house in the 2400 block of Fairway.
