May 31, 137th Westminster City Memorial Day Parade: From Monroe Street to Pennsylvania Avenue to Main Street to Church Street in Westminster. Parade runs from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m., and a program will be held at the cemetery from 11 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. Daniel Bohn, 410-848- 6179.
