UM's Williams, Starks drafted

University of Maryland's Madieu Williams and Randy Starks were selected in today's NFL draft in the second and third rounds respectively.

Williams, a safety, was picked No. 56 overall by the Cincinnati Bengals. Starks went to the Tennessee Titans at No. 71.

Williams, a 6-foot-1 senior out of DuVal High, led the Terps with three interceptions and had 81 tackles.

Starks, a 310-pound defensive lineman out of Westlake High, played all 13 games for Maryland as a junior and had 74 tackles.
