Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore City

Northwestern District

Carjacking: A male motorist was stopped in the 5700 block of Reisterstown Road about 7 p.m. yesterday when a robber struck him over the head with an unknown object, forced him out of his green 1994 Mazda and drove off in the car, which had tags EXE 823.

Southern District

Theft: A direction sign for the Babe Ruth Museum in the 200 block of Emory St. was stolen Saturday from its nearby post.

Theft from vehicle: A window was broken and a set of golf clubs was stolen during the weekend from a 2002 Nissan Pathfinder parked in the 1000 block of S. Hanover St.

Southeastern District

Robbery try/shooting: Police were seeking a man they say shot another man, 44, in the right shoulder during an attempted robbery about 2:15 a.m. Saturday in the 100 block of S. Conkling St. The victim was in good condition yesterday at Johns Hopkins Hospital.

Stabbing: A man, 38, and his former girlfriend, 42, were arguing in the 100 block of S. Conkling St. about 6:15 p.m. Saturday when the woman stabbed the man in the left forearm, chest and hand with an unknown weapon. The man refused treatment for minor wounds. The woman was being sought by police.

Burglary: A refrigerator and stove valued at $1,270 were stolen during the weekend from a house in the 800 block of S. Grundy St. by someone who entered through a rear door.

Burglary: Someone entered Eddie B's Glass Door Lounge in the 1200 block of E. Fayette St. through a rear window Saturday. It was not known if any property or money was stolen.

Western District

Stolen vehicle: A blue 1998 Dodge van with tags ADZ 77N was stolen Saturday in the 2100 block of Bryant Ave.

Baltimore County

White Marsh Precinct

Burglary: Video games of an unknown value were stolen Saturday when someone entered a house in the 5600 block of Utrecht Road through a rear door.

Burglary: Someone broke into a cabin cruiser stored in the 8000 block of Edgewater Ave. during the weekend and stole a two-way radio and tools.

Parkville Precinct

Burglary: Someone broke into a garage in the 11800 block of Gontrum Road between February and Friday and stole a leaf blower and an electric drill valued at $140.

Woodlawn Precinct

Burglary: Someone broke into a storage locker at Beltway Mini Storage in the 1700 block of Belmont Ave. during the weekend and stole office equipment of an unknown value.
