MOSS beloved husband of Rose Moss (nee Levitt) loving father of William "Billy" Moss of Vero Beach, FL, Franklin Moss of Weston, MA, and Ivy Ross of Shalfont, PA, dear father-in-law of Cinnamon Nater, Kimberly Moss and Eric Ross, devoted brother of Evelyn Pushkin and Sylvia Hirsch both of Baltimore and the late Gertrude Levin, Morris and Harry Mossovitz, Jeanne Cohen, Hilda Ritt and Marion Rosenberg, loving grandfather of Randi and Paul Lattimore, Jordan, Ilan, Marissa and Hillary Moss and Melissa and Brian Ross, loving great-grandfather of Allison and Jake Lattimore. WILLIAM FRANCIS NOLL, age 78, originally from East Orange, NJ, came to Baltimore in 1948 to study and become a merchant marine. Also, he studied law at the Univ of Balto and Univ of MD. Residing in Brooklyn, Md for 51 years, he was a loving protector, husband and the Patriarch; devoted husband of Rose Mary; supportive and loving father of Terri, Nancy and Maggie; brother to Lee and Arthur; son of the late William David and the late Margaret Mary Brighton; loyal grandfather to Ursela Marie and two great-granddaughters, Mariah and Layla. He also leaves Shelly, his best friend Jack Russel Terrier. During WWII he served in the Navy, including the Battle of Normandy. He was recommended to serve as a Navy Seal. He retired from MTA as a Train Operator, employed for 42 years. He was our Hero. All of us will love and remember him forever. A military ceremony was held at the Baltimore National Cemetery.
