Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore City

Southern District

Arrest: James Joyner, 26, of the 6900 block of Fieldcrest Road was arrested Wednesday during a car stop in the 5900 block of Reisterstown Road by members of the Warrant Apprehension Task Force. He is charged in a warrant with first-degree murder in the death of Antonio Izzard, 28. Izzard, of the 900 block of W. Lombard St., was fleeing a gunman about 8:15 p.m. March 9 when he was shot in an alley in the 900 block of Lemmon St.

Drug arrests: Officers Christian Kai Kai and Sean Dallessandro observed drug activity in a Buick Regal in the 2300 block of W. Fayette St. about 2:40 a.m. yesterday, stopped the vehicle and arrested two passengers. Charged with possession of cocaine were Karen Artis, 42, of the 2500 block of Emerson St. and Terrell Cash, 22, of the first block of N. Bentalou St. Cocaine valued at $120 was recovered. The driver - an unlicensed cabbie - was not charged.

Central District

Carjacking/robbery: A man, 22, was stopped in the 1900 block of N. Charles St. about 10:20 a.m. yesterday when three men, one with a handgun, entered his 2004 Dodge Stratus and robbed him of $128. The victim was then ordered to drive to a downtown ATM, and forced to withdraw more than $400 for them. They left with the victim's car, which had Virginia tag JHC 1207.

Northwestern District

Shooting: An unidentified male was shot about 7:20 p.m. yesterday in the 3100 block of Wylie Ave. and was reported in critical condition at Sinai Hospital. Details of the shooting were not available.

Eastern District

Victim named: Troy Langley, 30, of the 200 block of N. Luzerne Ave., was identified yesterday as the man fatally shot about 3 a.m. April 7 in the 1500 block of E. Lanvale St. No arrest has been made.

Southeastern District

Robbery: Police were seeking two men who robbed a boy, 14, of $85 in the 500 block of N. Kenwood Ave. about 7 p.m. Tuesday.

Baltimore County

Cockeysville Precinct

Assault/arrest: A 28-year-old woman was leaving MCI Telecommunications Corp. in the 200 block of Schilling Circle about 6 p.m. Wednesday when a former female co-worker with whom she had argued threatened her with a shotgun. The armed woman fled but turned herself in at the precinct three hours later. Charged with first-degree assault with a deadly weapon was Skakeyia Branch, 20, of the 2300 block of Perring Manor Road.

Burglary: Someone broke into the Cow Palace exhibition hall at the Maryland State Fairgrounds in Timonium early Wednesday, used a bolt cutter to open a recently serviced ATM and removed at least $40,000.

Franklin Precinct

Robbery/arrests: Two 13- year-old boys were arrested Wednesday evening moments after they robbed another youth of $10 and a CD player at knifepoint as the victim walked toward Owings Mills Mall.
