Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore City

Northwestern District

Homicide arrest: Raymond Price, 19, was arrested Tuesday night at his home in the 2900 block of Garrison Blvd. on a warrant charging him with first-degree murder. He is accused in the fatal shooting early April 7 of Richard Parker, 21, near Price's home.

Central District

Burglary: Someone broke into Oscar T. Smith Printers in the 300 block of E. Saratoga St. yesterday, entered a car parked there and removed $281 from the glove compartment.

Southeastern District

Bank robbery: A man robbed Provident Bank in the 2900 block of O'Donnell St. about 2 p.m. Tuesday of an undisclosed sum of money after giving a teller a holdup note.

Baltimore County

Franklin Precinct

Theft: Someone entered a locked room at Owings Mill High School in the 100 block of W. Tollgate Road between April 8 and Tuesday and stole two dozen lacrosse balls.

Essex Precinct

Burglary: A swimming pool pump valued at $500 was stolen during the weekend from the rear yard of a house in the 400 block of S. Taylor Ave.

White Marsh Precinct

Theft: Police were seeking a man who left Rite Aid in the 6400 block of Golden Ring Road on Tuesday without paying for 35 packages of Polaroid film valued at $340.
