On April 12, 2004, ARTHUR J. JULICHER, of Bel Air; beloved husband of the late Frances L. Julicher; devoted father of Candace J. Anderson, Mark R. Julicher and Leslie E. Piet and loving grandfather of ten grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. A Chapel Service and Interment will be held at Arlington National Cemetery on June 7, 2004 at 2:45 P.M.
