Chesapeake Home expo is April 17, 18

The Home Builders Association of Maryland will present its third annual Chesapeake Home & Design Show at the Baltimore Convention Center next weekend.

Tickets are $8 per person - coupons for $3 off the admission are available at www.homebuilders.org. Hours are 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. April 17 and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. April 18.

Free workshop Saturday on buying and renovating

The Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors has scheduled a free homebuyer workshop Saturday.

"Rehabbing Properties - Buying and Rehabbing in Baltimore" is scheduled from 10 a.m. to noon April 17 at their Lutherville offices, 1306 Bellona Ave. Pre-registration is recommended. Call 410-337-7200.
