WILLIAM C. WILLEY, 75, of Cambridge, passed away on Wednesday, April 7, 2004, at Dorchester General Hospital. He was born in Cambridge and was the son of the late Dorsey J. and Frances Burton Willey. Mr. Willey attended school in Dorchester County. He served in the U.S. Navy and the U.S. Army and received the World War II Victory Medal. He worked for Sears as automobile mechanic and later as a salesperson until he retired in 1981. Mr. Willey enjoyed hunting and fishing. He was a member of American Legion Post 91, VFW Post 7460, Loyal order of the Moose in Glen Burnie and Lafayette Lodge No. 111 A.F. & A.M. in Cockeysville. He is survived by a daughter, Karen Denford of Glen Burnie, three sons, D. Scott Willey of Baltimore, William C. Willey II of Glen Burnie and Dorsey L. Willey of Pasadena, 10 grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and a sister, Doris Murphy of East New Market. A Masonic Funeral Service will be held on Monday, April 12, 2004, at 1 P. M at the Thomas Funeral Home, P.A. in Cambridge. A visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Members of the Cambridge Lodge #66, A.F. & A.M. will conduct the service with Mr. G. Edwin Howard, Jr. officiating. Burial will follow at the Maryland Veterans Cemetery in Hurlock. Pallbearers will be the sons and grandson of Mr. Willey.
