Ravens finalize preseason schedule

The Baltimore Ravens have confirmed the dates for their preseason matchups with the Detroit Lions and New York Giants.

The Ravens will host the Lions at M&T Bank Stadium on Saturday, Aug. 28, at 8 p.m. This is the second preseason game between the Ravens and Lions. The Ravens won the first meeting, 12-6, in 2002.

Baltimore closes the preseason on the road, facing the Giants in the Meadowlands on Thursday, Sept. 2, at 7 p.m. (Game time is tentative). The Ravens lead the preseason series with the Giants 5-2. The Giants won the last meeting, 13-0, in 2003.

The team opens the preseason at home Aug. 12 against the Atlanta Falcons in an 8 p.m. game televised on ESPN. Their second game is in Philadelphia against the Eagles on Aug. 20 at 8 p.m. That game will be shown on CBS.
