April 08, 2004

Three youths have been charged in connection with a series of robberies involving pizza delivery people last month, Anne Arundel County police said.

The first robbery took place on March 14, when a 15-year-old male robbed a Pizza Ravens delivery person of cash in the 8000 block of Long Branch Terrace in Glen Burnie, police said.

At the same home four days later, the same male and another 15-year-old boy armed with a knife robbed a delivery person from Pizza Choice of cash, police said.

And on March 21, another 15-year-old male armed with a gun robbed a Pizza Express delivery person in the 8000 block of Winding Wood Road, also in Glen Burnie, police said.

The three were charged Tuesday, police said. Police did not release their names because they are juveniles.
