Annapolis man injured in shooting

Annapolis police are investigating a shooting in the Oxford Landing section of the city that left one man injured.

Brandon Long, 20, of the 700 block of Glenwood St. told police he was walking on Copeland Street when he saw some commotion from a group of men. When the men heard gunshots and ran, Long also ran. He discovered he'd been shot -- according to police, a single bullet entered his right arm, exited, entered his chest and also exited.

Long was transferred to the Maryland Shock Trauma Center, where he was in stable condition.
