JACKIE GOODERHAM (nee Rew), passed from this life on Sunday, March 28, 2004, in Toronto, Canada, after a short, but vigilant fight with cancer. Her husband thanks all the doctors, nurses and support staff at North York General Hospital who helped the two of them through this most difficult time.
