Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore City

Southwestern District

Homicide/arrest: A youth charged as an adult with first-degree murder in Baltimore last year was arrested Saturday in Wicomico County by members of the Warrant Apprehension Task Force and the U.S. Marshals Service. Dwayne White, 17, of the 100 block of Denison St. is charged in a warrant with the Nov. 30 shooting of 19-year-old Steven Hill in the 4200 block of Old Frederick Road. White is being held without bail at Central Booking and Intake Center.

Central District

Theft: Someone entered a 1994 Jeep Cherokee parked at Sam Smith Park in the 400 block of Light St. on Sunday and stole 35 compact discs valued at $525.

Theft: A CD player, 100 CDs and a purse containing $20 were stolen Sunday from a 1999 Mitsubishi parked in the first block of S. Howard St.

Stolen vehicle: A 1998 Ford sport utility vehicle with tags M708704 was stolen Sunday in the 1000 block of N. Caroline St. The owner was charged with leaving an unattended vehicle with the engine running.

Eastern District

Rape: A 21-year-old woman was forced by a man into a darkened area in the 1000 block of Homewood Ave. early Sunday and raped.

Southern District

Theft: A purse with $120 was stolen Sunday after being put on the floor at Magerk's Pub in the 1000 block of S. Charles St.

Baltimore County

Woodlawn Precinct

Robbery: A man, 32, was talking on a pay phone inside Windsor Inn in the 7200 block of Windsor Mill Road about 5 p.m. Sunday when a man with a knife robbed him of his wallet containing $20 and a check for $400.

Towson Precinct

Robbery: A boy, 15, was walking in the 6300 block of York Road about 7 p.m. Saturday when another youth, who implied he had a knife, robbed him of a $75 Blockbuster gift card, baseball cap and video game.

Parkville Precinct

Burglary: A 50-inch television, stereo equipment and a laptop computer were stolen over the weekend from a house in the 2300 block of Salem Village Drive.

White Marsh Precinct

Burglary: An intruder removed an undisclosed sum from a cash register at Bob's Ellwood Tavern in the 4400 block of Kenwood Ave. early Sunday, and caused $800 damage to amusement machines in an effort to steal more money.
