On March 2, 2004 FESTER PARKER (FESS) TAYLOR, formerly of Baltimore, MD., died at the Livermore Veterans Affairs Hospital, Livermore, CA., he was 68. The son of the late George Harry Parker Taylor and the late Edith Robinson-Taylor, he was born in Newburgh, NY., August 12, 1935. He was a member of the A.M.E. Zion Church Newburgh, NY., a member of the US Marine Corps. He was employed at the United States Military Academy Cadet Mess at West Point, NY. In Baltimore he was employed at the Harbor Tunnel Patrol. Survivors are (7) daughters Lynetta Taylor, Debra Taylor, Athena Lark, Venus Taylor, Tangerina Allen, Shelby Washington and Alesia Taylor-Williams, two sons Niegel Davis and Tyrone Fester, 16 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren, 2 brothers Sylvester Parker-Taylor, his twin, and Lester Parker, one sister Pauline Parker-Mears. Services will be Friday March 26, 2004 at 2:00 P.M. at the Baltimore National Cemetery, 5501 Frederick Ave., Baltimore, MD. This announcement by the Brutus W.
