Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore City

Northeastern District

Shooting: An 18-year-old man was shot in the groin and right arm about 11 p.m. Saturday while attending a party at a house in the 4400 block of Frankford Ave. The victim, whose name was not released, was reported in fair condition yesterday at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center.

Western District

Shooting: A girl, 17, was reported in good condition at the Maryland Shock Trauma Center after being shot in the leg about 9:45 p.m. Friday while walking in the 1600 block of Moreland Ave. She fled to the nearby 1800 block of Warwick Ave., where police found her.

Assault: Theodore Austin, 45, was arguing with his girlfriend in their home in the 1100 block of N. Carrollton Ave. about 7 p.m. Saturday when she allegedly struck him with an empty 22-ounce beer bottle and a ceramic coffee cup, threw bleach on him and tried to cut him with a straight razor, police said. Austin refused medical treatment. No arrest had been made.

Robbery: A 17-year-old male was standing in the 1800 block of Edmondson Ave. about 1 a.m. Saturday when another male struck him in the face with a handgun and robbed him of an undisclosed sum of money. The victim was treated at Johns Hopkins Hospital for a possible broken nose, police said.

Burglary: A 27-inch television, a videocassette recorder and compact disc changer were stolen Saturday from a house in the 2800 block of W. Lanvale St. while the occupant was hospitalized.

Southeastern District

Robbery: Two men, one with a handgun, robbed a man, 39, of $80 in the 3200 block of E. Lombard St. about 5 a.m. Saturday.

Burglary: Recording equipment valued at $1,300 was stolen over the weekend from a house in the 1700 block of Nome St.

Eastern District

Shooting: Police were seeking a gunman who shot an 18-year-old man in both legs about 11:30 p.m. Friday while the victim sat on the front steps of a house in the 700 block of E. Preston St. The victim was listed in good condition at Johns Hopkins Hospital yesterday.

Stolen vehicle: A brown 1994 Nissan Sentra with tags A007180 was stolen Saturday in the 500 block of E. Eager St.

Southern District

Robbery: A gunman robbed J's Mini Market in the 2300 block of Annapolis Road of $175 about 9:15 a.m. Saturday.

Arson: Someone entered a vacant apartment building in the 900 block of Bethune Road Saturday, placed a flammable solvent on the burner of a gas stove in a kitchen and turned it on. The flames caused the solvent to explode, resulting in about $5,000 damage to the building.

Theft: While a boy played in a park in the 3500 block of Third St. in Brooklyn Saturday, someone stole his gold-colored bicycle valued at $250.

Southwestern District

Stolen vehicle: A green 1995 Dodge Caravan with tags 007M470 was stolen over the weekend in the 700 block of Edgewood St.

Baltimore County

Parkville Precinct

Burglary: Video games and a cable television box, all worth $640, were stolen Saturday from a house in the first block of Joppawood Court.

Burglary: Computer equipment valued at $675 was stolen over the weekend from Youth for Christ in the 8900 block of Belair Road.

Franklin Precinct

Burglary: Two all-terrain vehicles were stolen Saturday from under the deck of a house in the 3900 block of Whispering Meadow Drive.
