On March 10, 2004, DONALD HOWARD CLIFTON, 57, of Baltimore. Received a B.S. in Industrial Education in 1973, at the University of MD. Retired from Social Security Administration Headquarters, Woodlawn, MD. Recipient of numerous Commissioners Citations, SSA: Vietnam era Army Commendation Medal, Air Medal, two Purple Hearts and three Bronze Stars. Member of the Disabled American Veterans, VFW, National Kit Car Club, Vintage Chevy Club of America, Catonsville United Methodist Men, United States Parachuting Association. Survived by wife Penelope; sons, David B. Clifton, Woodlawn and Timothy G. Clifton, Ellicott City; brother, Frank R. Clifton, Catonsville. Memorial Service will be April 17, 2004, at 2 P.M., Catonsville United Methodist Church, Melvin and Frederick Roads, Catonsville. Pastor Mark Waddell.
