State senator reprimanded

General Assembly

March 17, 2004

CLARIFICATION

A photo caption in Wednesday's Sun said state Sen. John A. Giannetti Jr. had been reprimanded by the legislative ethics committee. In fact, the committee admonished him against sponsoring bills involving his employer's clients. The committee did not issue a formal reprimand, as it has done in other cases.
