New Positions

Cieslak, Kimberling, Moran VPs at PHH Arvil

PHH Arvil has appointed William F. Cieslak, David L. Kimberling and Kimberly K. Moran as vice presidents of the Sparks-based vehicle management company.

Cieslak, a Pasadena resident, leads the vehicle operations department and is responsible for used vehicle sales. Kimberling, also an associate general counsel, lives in Olney and is a law graduate of the University of Baltimore.

Moran, who holds a Loyola College M.B.A., is assigned to financial operations. The Burtonsville resident is responsible for billing functions, personal property tax and manufacturers' incentives and receivables.

Advertising and Public Relations

Dinisio is associate at Warschawski

Warschawski Public Relations announced that Kristen Dinisio joined the growing Mount Washington-based full-service agency as an associate. She handles media and client relations, strategic planning and branding. A graduate of James Madison University, where she was a scholarship athlete in lacrosse, Dinisio was formerly with DeVries Public Relations in New York.

Banking and Finance

Goldthwait, Rigney advance at Provident

Provident Bank named John S. Goldthwait Jr. a vice president in the commercial banking division and promoted Gloria Rigney to branch manager.

Goldthwait will call on existing and prospective commercial business customers in the greater Baltimore market. Formerly with Riggs National Bank, the Annapolis resident is a College of William and Mary graduate. He will have offices in the bank's Baltimore headquarters.

Rigney, a Rosedale resident assigned to the Edgewood branch, is responsible for the sales, staffing and day-to-day operations of the branch. Before coming to Provident, she was with NationsBank.

Commercial Real Estate

Watt joins NAI KLNB as property manager

Char Watt joined NAI KLNB Management as a property manager for the Baltimore-based property management company. She supervises tenant services teams and daily reporting and response functions. A graduate of the College of Notre Dame of Maryland, the Ellicott City resident formerly was administrative services manager for USinternetworking Inc. in Annapolis.
