Cowman, beloved daughter of Idella Carlsen and the late Don Carlsen, mother of Kristie Marie Wozab, sister of Rose Blankenship, Don, Pete, Jim and Harold Carlsen. A Memorial Service will be held at the ECKHARDT FUNERAL CHAPEL, P.A., 11605 Reisterstown Rd., Owings Mills, Saturday, March 13, 2004, at 1 P.M.
