Baltimore City

Northern District

Arrest: Kenneth A. Mills Jr., 22, of the 800 block of Woodington Road was arrested yesterday in the 1100 block of Ramblewood Road by members of the Warrant Apprehension Task Force on a warrant charging him with an armed home-invasion robbery Nov. 1 in the 800 block of Montpelier St. Mills was being held at Central Booking and Intake Center. Three accomplices were being sought.

Northwestern District

Robbery: Police were seeking three men who entered Applebee's Restaurant & Grill in the 6700 block of Reisterstown Road through a rear door about 9:30 a.m. Tuesday and forced a manager to remove an undisclosed sum of cash from an office safe after locking several other employees in a bathroom.

Eastern District

Theft from vehicle: The face plate of a DVD player, a cellular phone and change -- all valued at more than $800 --were stolen Tuesday from a 1997 Honda Accord parked in the 600 block of N. Caroline St.

Southern District

Burglary: Someone broke into a house in the 2000 block of Round Road in Cherry Hill on Tuesday and removed nearly $500 from a bedroom.

Burglary: Four DVDs, five pairs of jeans, several T-shirts, a pair of tennis shoes and a hat -- all valued at more than $500 -- were stolen Tuesday from a house in the 1800 block of Dover St.

Baltimore County

White Marsh Precinct

Drug arrest: An out-of-state male motorist stopped for speeding on Interstate 95 in Rosedale early Monday during a traffic initiative by Maryland Transportation Authority Police was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana after Max, a drug-detention dog, alerted police to the presence of contraband in the trunk of the man's 1995 BMW, said Cpl. Greg Prioleau, authority police spokesman. Also recovered was $13,819 in suspected drug money. Charged was Joshua N.R. Boles, 18, of Oakton, Va. At least 50 officers took part in "Operation Shark" on I-95 from Catonsville to White Marsh and issued 150 speeding tickets, 118 warnings and 19 service repair orders, Prioleau said.

Robbery: A male, 17, was walking in the 6300 block of Kenwood Ave. about 7 p.m. Tuesday when four men robbed him of $100.

Parkville Precinct

Burglary: Someone broke into a townhouse in the 3700 block of Timahoe Circle on Tuesday and stole more than $500 in coins.

Cockeysville Precinct

Burglary: Police were seeking the person who broke into a building at Camp Puh Tok in the 17400 block of Big Falls Road on Monday and stole $200.

Burglary: More than $2,000 worth of aluminum siding was stolen Tuesday from a house under construction in the 19100 block of Timothy's Manor Court.

Franklin Precinct

Stolen vehicle: Someone stole a 1994 Chrysler New Yorker with tags BSD 490 that was parked at Mr. Tire in the 5900 block of Liberty Road on Monday.
