Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore City

Northwestern District

Robbery: Police were seeking a man who entered an apartment above Concord Baptist Church in the 3600 block of Marmon Ave. about 2 p.m. Monday, bound the 82-year-old male occupant's hands and feet with rope and robbed him at knifepoint of $140 in coins and currency.

Robbery: A woman, 47, was walking in the 3700 block of Eldorado Ave. about 9:30 p.m. Sunday when a man robbed her of nearly $50.

Stolen vehicle: A tan four-door 1996 Nissan Maxima with tags JHX 969 was stolen Monday in the 3500 block of Overview Ave.

Southeastern District

Robbery: A 56-year-old man was walking in the 800 block of Lancaster St. on Sunday evening when he was assaulted by three males who robbed him of $120 and a leather jacket.

Robbery: A man forced a woman to give up her keys in the 5200 block of Eastern Ave. about 7 a.m. Monday, and drove off in her blue 2003 Dodge Durango with tags 026M247 that had been parked nearby.

Theft from vehicle: A leather bag and its contents - all valued at $350 - was stolen Monday from a Mercedes-Benz automobile parked in the 800 block of Lancaster St.

Burglary: A 19-inch television and a cable television box were stolen Monday from a house in the 6300 block of Toone St. Entry was through a side window.

Southern District

Robbery: Police were seeking two men, one armed with a handgun, who forced their way into a house in the 700 block of Dover St. about 7 p.m. Monday and robbed a woman, 38, of an undisclosed sum of money.

Assault: A man, 45, was walking in the 1400 block of Sargeant St. about 4:30 p.m. Monday when he was attacked by four young males who struck him several times with a length of wood, causing minor injuries.

Baltimore County

Towson Precinct

Escape: Police were seeking Steven F. Loudy, 32, of the 1100 block of Sargeant St. in Baltimore, who escaped from home detention Monday. The reason for his home detention was not available, but a warrant charging him with escape was obtained by the county Bureau of Corrections.

Stolen vehicle: A gray 1986 Chevrolet Celebrity with tags BJV 871 was stolen Monday from a lot at St. Joseph Medical Center on Osler Drive after being parked with the keys left on the front seat.

Wilkens Precinct

Burglary: Someone broke into Candle Light Inn in the 1800 block of Frederick Ave. early Monday after disarming the burglar alarm and stole an undisclosed sum from an office.

Parkville Precinct

Burglary: Nearly $50 worth of Endoset, a prescribed pain reliever, was stolen March 4 from a house in the 3000 block of Second Ave. The burglary was reported Monday.

North Point Precinct

Robbery: A woman, 45, was standing outside CVS Pharmacy in the 7800 block of Wise Ave. about 8 p.m. Monday when a man knocked her to the ground and stole her purse containing $62 in personal property and cash.
