Himmelrich Inc. announced that Todd M. Scott joined the staff as an associate. The Allegheny College graduate is responsible for media relations and marketing support for several clients of the Baltimore-based agency. He formerly was director of media relations with Connor Environmental Services.

Landry joins RevPac as consulting adviser

RevPac Hotel Management welcomed Don Landry as a consulting adviser to the Baltimore-based hotel management company. He will aid the company and its clients on strategic planning and operational issues. Landry has extensive and far-reaching industry relationships and experience with hotels in almost every brand name and category, and he has acquired and developed many hotels and has launched three hotel brands, including MainStay Suites.

Advancis appoints Sly chief business officer

Advancis Pharmaceutical Corp. appointed Kevin S. Sly chief business officer. He will combine activities to develop corporate partnerships, formulate strategic direction and oversee corporate marketing programs. His role will expand as his responsibilities continue in developing overall business development strategy and strategic commercial planning for the Germantown-headquartered firm's products.

Keswick Multi-Care names Blumberg administrator

Keswick Multi-Care Center, in Roland Park, has chosen Rachel H. Blumberg as administrator. She is responsible for compliance with state and federal regulations, and management of the facility's clinical department. She holds a master's degree from Florida International University.


May a senior tax manager at Stout, Causey & Horning

Stout, Causey & Horning LLC, a regional state and local tax consulting firm with headquarters in Hunt Valley, said Jim May joined the firm as a senior tax manager. He is assigned to the firm's office at Tysons Corner, Va., where he will manage the state and local tax practice. Formerly with Deloitte & Touche LLP, he received a master's degree from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia.
