Matchup: Philadelphia KiXX(16-10) vs. Blast (20-8)

Site: 1st Mariner Arena

Time: 7:35

Radio: WCBM (680 AM)

Outlook: The MISL has been off for a week in celebration of its All-Star Weekend, a fact that doesn't make Blast coach Tim Wittman happy. "I hate it," Wittman said. "I'm glad our players made the all-star team, but at the same time I worry. ... It's going to take a little time to get back in the swing." Adding to Wittman's worry is Philadelphia, a talented team that leads the season series, 3-1. Still, Philadelphia went into the all-star break on a two-game losing streak. The Blast has a long list of injuries, with Dewan Bader (hamstring), David Bascome (foot) and Chris Handsor (ankle) listed as probable, Danny Kelly (foot) questionable and Neil Gilbert (hamstring) out. All but Gilbert are likely to play. KiXX G Peter Pappas (finger) missed the All-Star Game due to injury and is listed as questionable, as is F Byron Carmichael (concussion). D Shawn Boney (foot) and F Matt Brooks (abdominal) are out.
