McDaniel employees honored at luncheon

McDaniel College recently honored 17 employees for their years of service during a seniority recognition luncheon in the president's dining room.

The employees, each with at least 10 years of service, received an engraved gift with their name, their department and their years of service.

The employees are:

Thirty-five years: Beverly Herndon of Keymar, central services; Elaine Simpson of Westminster, physical plant.

Thirty years: Joan Develin Coley of Westminster, president; Beverly Staub of Westminster, institutional advancement.

Twenty-five years: Dora Sabo of Finksburg, college activities; Margaret Griffin of Westminster, political science, history and social work.

Twenty years: Linda Eyler of New Windsor, alumni relations.

Fifteen years: Margaret Bell of Westminster, purchasing and receiving; Norma Carver of Westminster, building services; Mary Jo Colbert of New Windsor, conference and auxiliary services; Marlon Collins of Hampstead, campus safety; Mary Ann Friday of Westminster, president's office; Patricia Holford of Westminster, economics, business administration and communication; Susan Glore of Owings Mills, counseling; Diane Morris of Hanover, Pa., registrar's office; Carolyn Pickett of Westminster, administration and finance.

Ten years: Joan Lusby of Westminster, health services; Wallace Newsome of Jessup, information services.
