On Sunday, November 16, 2003, suddenly while cruising in Florida on his sailboat. Jeremy will be greatly missed by his parents Dorothy and Richard Tolson, his sister and brother-in-law Sarah and Randy Montgomery and his nieces Hannah and Rachel. Friends are invited to join Jeremy's family at a memorial event to celebrate Jeremy's life on Sunday, February 29th at 2 P.M. at The Catalina Marina and Restaurant at Harborview, off Key Highway just south of the Rusty Scupper in Baltimore's Inner Harbor.
