On February 19, 2004, CHARLES WILLIAM TATE SR., beloved husband of Elizabeth Tate. Devoted father of Charles E. Tate, Charles William Tate Jr. and Stacey Eaton. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren, six great grandchildren, two sisters, one brother and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Vistation at the Howell Funeral Home, 4600 Liberty Heights Ave on Wednesday 1 to 7 P.M. Family hour Thursday, 10 A.M. Homegoing Services 10:30 A.M. in the above chapel. Interment following at Garrison Forest Cemetery.
