Take the guesswork out of shipping your packages.

A handy calculator at iShip.com gives you a quick estimate of how much leading shipping companies will charge to deliver your parcel.

Just enter the originating and destination ZIP codes and total package weight into iShip's QuickPrice calculator. Then click "go" and wait for your results.

Prices for Airborne Express, FedEx, United Parcel Service and the U.S. Postal Service are estimated for a wide range of delivery times.

Imagine, for example, you're sending a 1 pound package from Manhattan to Los Angeles. Checking the QuickPrice calculator, you find eight prices, ranging from $17.85 to $59.72 for overnight delivery, depending on carrier and when during the following day the package must arrive.

Time is money, so if you're prepared to wait a week or more, you can cut the price to a mere $3.75. Either way, at least you'll know what trade-offs you're making before you ship the package.
