NORTH EASTERN ATHLETIC CONFERENCE: Added following schools to form 12-team NCAA Division III league that will begin play in 2004-05: Villa Julie, Baptist Bible, Bard, Chestnut Hill, Keystone, Pennsylvania State-Berks, Philadelphia Biblical, Polytechnic and SUNY Purchase.

MARYLAND: Announced that All-Metro player Kim Ziegler (Fallston) signed to play lacrosse in 2004.
