On January 29, 2004, GROVER CLEVELAND KELBAUGH, beloved husband of the late Annabelle Louise Kelbaugh (nee Magaha), and brother of Lorraine Rozankowski and her husband Lee, brother-in-law of Shirley Kelbaugh.
