On January 29, 2004, FRED FRANK DOTY; loving husband of Anna M. Doty; loving husband of Anna M. Doty; beloved father of Carol Emkey, Donald Doty, Robert Doty, and Janet Scheiner; devoted brother of Dorothy Slayman. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held Saturday, 9:30 A.M., at the family-owned Evans Chapel of Memories - Parkville. Interment Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens.
