Touring burlesque

The Suicide Girls will vamp it up Tuesday at the Ottobar.

The touring burlesque show features a number of women from the racy Web site of the same name.

Doors open at 9 p.m. and the va-va-voom begins at 10 p.m.

Tickets for this 18-and-over show are $10.

The SG posse will also perform Monday at the Black Cat in Washington.

British mixmaster

J Da Flex will take the decks Saturday at Sonar.

The legendary British mixmaster will spin after local DJ Michael Maxim breaks beats.

Rock and silent films

A weekend of audio-visual wonderment will commence tomorrow when local art-rock act Boister provides a musical score for two silent films at the Creative Alliance.

The flapper-era movies Seven Chances and Love will be screened tomorrow and Saturday, respectively.

Show time is 8 p.m. both nights.

Tickets are $12 for members and $15 for all others.

Bad boy Vince Neil

Former Motley Crue vocalist and hair metal bad boy Vince Neil will rawk the mike Tuesday at the Thunderdome.

Neil, who has made headlines during his decades-long singing career for everything from sex tapes to car crashes, will take the stage around midnight after the Polyplush Cats and others throw down.

Doors open at 8 p.m. Tickets are $15.
