Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore City

Central District

Rescue and arrest: A man who crashed a stolen car near Pratt and President streets was fleeing police officers on foot about 12:20 a.m. yesterday when he jumped over a wall near the Public Works Museum and landed in Jones Falls. Police and firefighters pulled him out about 10 minutes later. The man was taken by ambulance to Mercy Medical Center, where he was treated for hypothermia. Charges were pending.

Burglary/arrest: A man, 23, was arrested early yesterday and charged with breaking into Discount City in the 300 block of N. Howard St. moments earlier and stealing $700 worth of electronics. His identity was not available last night.

Southeastern District

Stabbing: Two men were playing cards in a house in the 500 block of S. Macon St. early Saturday when one of them, Joshua Wilson, 24, was stabbed in the side and left arm. Wilson fled to a bar in the 4600 block of Eastern Ave., and was taken to Johns Hopkins Medical Center for treatment.

Burglary/arrest: A 14-year-old boy from South Collington Avenue was arrested Saturday and charged with entering the quarters of the fire department's Engine Company 5 and Truck Company 3 in the 2100 block of Eastern Ave. moments earlier and stealing a firefighter's dress uniform hat and a bookbag. The property was recovered.

Burglary: Two fireplace mantels were stolen from a house in the 1900 block of E. Lombard St. between Jan. 3 and Saturday. They were valued at $1,000.

Western District

Stolen vehicle: A green 1995 Dodge Spirit with tags VIDETTE was stolen Saturday in the 1000 block of W. Franklin St.

Baltimore County

North Point Precinct

Counterfeit money: Police and the U.S. Secret Service were seeking a man who purchased clothing from S Mart in the 7800 block of Eastern Ave. with four counterfeit $20 bills about 1:20 p.m. Saturday.

Franklin Precinct

Bank robbery: Two men entered Bank of America in the 10300 block of Reisterstown Road about 10:15 a.m. Saturday, jumped over the counter and removed an undisclosed sum of money from at least one teller's station. The pair fled in a car driven by a third man. The car, reported stolen, was recovered. No arrests had been made.

Woodlawn Precinct

Robbery: A man, 28, and a woman, 24, were standing outside a house in the first block of Giard Drive about 10 p.m. Saturday when someone struck the man in the head with a gun and robbed him of his wallet and three pieces of jewelry.

White Marsh Precinct

Theft: Two men entered Day By Day Calendar Co. in Eastpoint Mall before closing Saturday and stole a bag with $1,130.
