Neighbors of projects to meet with developers

Developers planning subdivisions in eastern Howard County or projects that require conditional-use permission must meet with neighbors before submitting plans to the county. The next meetings are:

Tomorrow at 6 p.m. at Benchmark Engineering Inc., 8480 Baltimore National Pike, Suite 418, Ellicott City, for a proposal to build four homes on 1.88 acres of Columbia Hills, Section 9, Lots 1 to 4, South Leisure Court, Columbia.

Tomorrow at 6 p.m. at Benchmark Engineering Inc., 8480 Baltimore National Pike, Suite 418, Ellicott City, for a proposal to build one home on 0.82 of an acre of Columbia Hills, Section 7, Lot 1, Sybert Drive, Columbia.

Tomorrow at 6 p.m. at Benchmark Engineering Inc., 8480 Baltimore National Pike, Suite 418, Ellicott City, for a proposal to build three homes on 1.41 acres of Columbia Hills, Section 7, Lots 1 to 3, Sybert Drive, Columbia.

Tomorrow at 6 p.m. at Benchmark Engineering Inc., 8480 Baltimore National Pike, Suite 418, Ellicott City, for a proposal to build two homes on 1.03 acres of Columbia Hills, Section 8, Lots 1 and 2, Sybert Drive, Columbia.

Wednesday at 6 p.m. at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, 4801 Ilchester Road, Ellicott City, for a proposal to build two units on 1.02 acres of the Cavanaugh property, 4872 Ilchester Road, Ellicott City.
