Baltimore City

Northeastern District

Homicide arrest: Juanita Robinson, 23, of 2700 block of Mura St., was arrested about 4 p.m. Wednesday by the Warrant Apprehension Task Force as she walked in an alley in the 3600 block of Chesterfield Ave. She is charged with first-degree murder in the Dec. 19 stabbing of Derrick Colbert, 16, of the 3600 block of Liberty Heights Ave., during an argument outside her sister's apartment in the 5500 block of Bowleys Lane, said Detective Ray Laslett.

Central District

Arrest: Curtis Davis, 17, of the 1000 block of Edmondson Ave., was arrested about noon Tuesday while attending Harbor City School in the 1000 block of W. Saratoga St. He was charged in a warrant as an adult with attempted murder in the shootings of Jerred Key, 19, and Larry Redd, 23, in the 500 block of W. Lafayette Ave. on Jan. 4.

Northern District

Shootings: Dexter Green, 49, of the 300 block of E. 26th St., and Shawn Flemming, 32, of the 6700 block of Wilmont Drive in Woodlawn, were standing in the 2600 block of Greenmount Ave. about 7:45 p.m. Wednesday when an assailant shot Green three times in the back and Flemming once in the head. Both were listed in serious condition yesterday at area hospitals.

Baltimore County

White Marsh Precinct

Drug arrest: A drug-sniffing police dog named Dingo led Maryland Transportation Authority officers to a canvas bag containing 4.5 pounds of marijuana in a Ford van they had stopped on northbound Interstate 95 in Rosedale about 11 a.m. yesterday. Charged with possession with intent to distribute the illegal drug was Dwaine M. Ranger, 38, of Washington.

Essex Precinct

Burglary: A compressed-air earth tamper valued at $2,000 was stolen Wednesday from the back yard of a house in the 200 block of Margaret Ave.

North Point Precinct

Theft: Someone entered a house in the 7700 block of Gough St. Wednesday and removed $4,125 from a dresser.

Parkville Precinct

Burglary: A snowblower valued at $1,037 was stolen Wednesday from a garage in the 9600 block of Northwind Road.

Wilkens Precinct

Burglary: Four digital video disc players, video games, a crystal bowl and a remote-control car - all valued at $1,300 - were stolen Wednesday from a townhouse in the 4000 block of Twin Circle Way.
