Elizabeth Yingling-Hossler, 36, tire company official

Elizabeth Ann Yingling-Hossler, vice president of Yingling General Tire Service Inc., died of cancer Thursday at her Westminster home. She was 36.

Born Elizabeth Ann Yingling in Westminster and raised in Finksburg, she was a 1985 graduate of Liberty High School. She earned a bachelor's degree in 1989 from then-Western Maryland College and a master's in business from the Johns Hopkins University.

Mrs. Yingling-Hossler was employed as vice president of operations for Yingling, a family-owned tire company.

She was an avid golfer and tennis player and a member of the Piney Branch Golf Club and Carroll Racquet Club. She also enjoyed cooking, collecting art and interior decorating.

She attended Westminster United Methodist Church, where services were held Monday.

She is survived by her husband of three years, Stephen W. Hossler; her parents, Stevenson R. and Joanne Yingling of Finksburg; two stepdaughters, Anna R. Hossler and Maggie E. Hossler, both of Manchester; a brother, Edward R. Yingling of Finksburg; a sister, Stacey Y. Zepp of Westminster; and her maternal grandparents, Joseph and Louise Evans of Finksburg.
