Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore City

Northeastern District

Arrests: Two Woodlawn teen-agers, Ronald Seawright, 16, of the 3400 block of Abbie Place, and Michael Thomas, 17, of the 3600 block of Landbeck Road, were arrested yesterday by members of the Warrant Apprehension Task Force on warrants charging them with attempted murder. They are accused in the shooting Sunday of Collie Dunn, 22, in his home in the 4400 block of Frankford Ave.

Eastern District

Drug arrests: Members of the district's drug enforcement unit reported observing drug activity about 1 p.m. Monday in the 1200 block of Greenmount Ave. They seized more than 20 gel caps of heroin and arrested five suspects on charges of possession with intent to distribute the narcotic: Valencia Davis, 32, of the 500 block of E. Preston St.; Joyce Dunston, 40, of the 6500 block of Laurelton Ave.; James Nelson, 34, of the 1200 block of E. Chase St.; Stacey Vaughn, 26, of the 3600 block of St. Margaret St., and Charles Ward, 46, of the 2600 block of E. Fairmount Ave.

Central District

Theft from vehicle: A laptop computer and briefcase were stolen Monday from a 2000 Volkswagen station wagon parked in the 700 block of St. Paul St. They were valued at more than $3,000.

Southeastern District

Robbery: Two men were stopped in the drive-through lane at McDonald's in the 3400 block of Pulaski Highway about 9:30 p.m. Monday when one of them pointed a handgun at an employee and demanded money from the cash register. The robbers escaped with an undisclosed sum.

Southwestern District

Robbery: A 31-year-old woman was sprayed in the face with a chemical irritant and robbed of a small sum of cash when she was accosted by a man while walking with her daughter Monday afternoon in the 200 block of Warwick Ave.

Baltimore County

Franklin Precinct

Robbery: An employee of Boston Market in the 1300 block of Reisterstown Road was about to make a deposit at a nearby Bank of America about 10 a.m. Monday when two men, one with a handgun, robbed him of an undisclosed sum of money.

Parkville Precinct

Burglary: Someone broke into the Exxon station in the 8600 block of Old Harford Road Monday and stole 64 packs of cigarettes valued at $247.

Towson Precinct

Robbery: A woman, 25, was standing outside her car in the 100 block of York Road about 4 p.m. Monday when a man pushed her inside and a male accomplice removed a case of beer from the back seat.
