Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore City

Southeastern District

Robbery/arrests: A 25-year-old man was walking in the 2400 block of Orleans St. about 1:10 a.m. Saturday when two younger males, one with a handgun, robbed him of $20. Acting on information from the victim, police stopped two males nearby who fit descriptions of the robbers and later charged each with armed robbery and using a handgun in the commission of a felony. Charged - both as adults - were Hasaan Hart, 17, of the 2000 block of Eastern Ave. and Anthony Graham, 18, of the 200 block of N. Milton Ave.

Robbery: A 44-year-old man was riding his battery-powered scooter in the 100 block of N. Glover St. about 4:15 p.m. Saturday when a younger male forced him off it and rode away.

Theft: Police were seeking a known male who entered a friend's house in the 500 block of N. Curley St. on Saturday, stole his PlayStation valued at $200, and replaced it with one that was broken.

Eastern District

Robbery: A male patient was walking to his third-floor room at Johns Hopkins Hospital about 5 p.m. Saturday when a woman who said she was a hospital employee offered to escort him. In the room, the woman demanded cab fare from the patient, then stole $28 from an envelope he was carrying and fled. The woman was recognized and a warrant has been issued for her arrest.

Theft from vehicle: A purse containing a set of keys and a wallet with Air Force identification were stolen Saturday from a 1999 Ford parked in the 600 block of E. Eager St.

Robbery: A woman, 56, was walking in the 1200 block of E. Eager St. about 4 p.m. Saturday when a man asked her for a light. When the woman said she didn't have one, the man threatened her with harm and robbed her of $330.

Baltimore County

Parkville Precinct

Burglary try/arrests: Officer David Donnelly was patrolling the 11500 block of Wallace Drive early Friday when he spotted a car occupied by three males parked in the driveway of a house. After other officers detained the trio, Donnelly talked with residents and learned that moments earlier someone had tried to break into the house by cutting a bedroom window screen. Arrested and charged as juveniles with attempted burglary and destruction of property were two 17-year-olds. Charged as an adult with the same offenses was Randy Belcher, 25, of the 900 block of Reverdy Road, Baltimore.

Essex Precinct

Burglary: Tools valued at $1,000 were stolen Saturday from an unlocked garage in the first block of Dihedral Drive in Middle River.

Franklin Precinct

Burglary: Video games, several pieces of jewelry, a computer and DVD movies were stolen Saturday from an apartment in the first block of Phlox Drive by someone who entered through a patio door. Pillowcases to carry away the loot also were stolen.

Woodlawn Precinct

Robbery: Police were seeking two men who robbed a man of his cellular phone valued at $100 Friday night as the victim walked along Hithergreen Drive.
