Sick and tired of rude service or poor product quality? No need to just sit there and stew about it when PlanetFeedback can help you get satisfaction instead.

PlanetFeedback is a Web site dedicated to helping consumers communicate their thoughts and reactions to companies worldwide.

The free service first walks you through the process of composing a letter to outline your complaints, compliments, questions or suggestions. A series of questions prompts you to supply important details.

PlanetFeedback then supplies the address where you can send mail to the company, along with the name of the consumer contact. Just print out your letter and drop it in the mailbox. If you like, PlanetFeedback will show others what you've written and give you a chance to follow up and find out whether the company responded to your message.

Not everyone gets satisfaction, but hundreds of consumers have raved about the response they got from using the service. One user resolved a long-standing billing complaint with a cell phone company. Another got $10 in credit after sending a compliment to a gasoline retailer.

Got a beef? Tell the company and the world.
