Eastpoint: William Witt as the top producer, lister and the agent with the most listings; and Joanne Roh as the top seller.

Fells Point: Sandra Cohen as the top producer and seller; Adrian Sushko as the top lister; and Wayne Curtis as the agent with the most new listings.

Greenspring: The team of Michael Yerman, Libby Berman, Marc Witman and Brandon Gaines as the top producers and sellers; and the team of Pat Finn and Howard Berliner as the top listers and the agents with the most new listings.

Hunt Valley: Paula Nicholson as the top producer; Skip Dugdale as the top lister; T.J. Adediji as the top seller; and Sean Caine as the agent with the most new listings.

Lutherville: Aphy Liebno as the top producer; Kent Lee as the top lister and the agent with the most new listings; and Geri Goldbergh as the top seller.
