Midwig, Harry Reid

Born in Shrewsbury, PA on November 10, 1935, died at the age of 68 on December 21, 2003; HARRY "REID" MIDWIG, the beloved son of Norman and Mary Midwig (nee Orwig) (both deceased). Reid is survived by his wife Lorretta Ruth Midwig. He is survived by siblings and their spouses Marjorie and Mervin Petterson, Francis and Franklin Taylor, and William and Mona Midwig; Sister Helen Miller (deceased). He is survived by his children and step-children and their spouses, Norman and Lisa Midwig, Davied Midwig, Patrick Midwig, Robert and Karen Midwig, Scott and Kimberly Williams, Shawn and Debra Clasing, Brian and Sara Turner, and James and Kimberly Turner. He is survived by 15 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Reid is a retiree of 44 years of service at the Bethlehem Steel Corporation (Chem Lab) and served as 2nd LT of the U.S. Army during the Korean War. Relatives and friends are invited to call at the Schimunek Funeral Home of Bel Air, Inc., 610 W. MacPhail Road (at Route 24) on Tuesday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 PM, where Funeral Services will be held at 7:30 PM. Interment private.
