Baltimore City

Eastern District

Arrest: Mark Stern, 19, was arrested Tuesday at his home in the 800 block of Bonaparte Ave. by members of the Warrant Apprehension Task Force on a warrant charging him with attempted murder in the shooting of Donte Brown, 21, of no fixed address, in the 1000 block of N. Broadway on Dec. 2.

Southern District

Arrest: Officers in a district tactical squad were in the 2400 block of Maisel Court in Westport about 7:15 p.m. Tuesday when they noticed a large-caliber revolver being thrown into a bush. The gun was recovered, and police charged Devin Davis, 18, of no fixed address, with illegal possession of a handgun.

Central District

Robbery: A 34-year-old man and his wife were about to enter their apartment building in the 600 block of N. Eutaw St. about 6 p.m. Tuesday when a gunman demanded his wallet. When the gunman looked in the wallet and found only a small amount of foreign currency - 20 pesos - he threw it and the money to the ground and fled.

Burglary: Between Dec. 12 and Tuesday, someone entered a law firm office in the 400 block of N. Charles St. and stole a laptop computer and stereo equipment - all valued at $3,700.

Baltimore County

Franklin Precinct

Robbery/'arrests: Three men and a 17-year-old boy were in custody and police were seeking a fifth person in the armed robbery Tuesday morning of a Royal Farms store on Hanover Pike in Reisterstown. The four were arrested - but one person escaped - after police pursuit of a Cadillac, which crashed into a wall at West Northern Parkway near the Jones Falls Expressway. In the car, police found firearms believed used in the robbery. Charged with armed robbery and weapons offenses were Arnold Venable, 22, of the 2300 block of Robb St.; Alphonzo Conway, 23, of the 300 block of E. Belvedere Ave.; Galen Parks, 20, of no known address; and Shawn Moore, 17, address not available, who was charged as an adult.

Towson Precinct

Stolen vehicle: A blue 1992 Chevrolet Blazer with tags ADM96E was stolen Tuesday in the 700 block of Bosley Ave.

Wilkens Precinct

Burglary: An all-terrain vehicle valued at $1,000 was stolen Tuesday from the rear yard of a house in the 100 block of Stoneham Court.-
