The playoff possibilities for Week 16, according to the NFL:

AFC East

New England: Has clinched division title.

Can clinch first-round bye with an Indianapolis loss; or a win or tie plus an Indianapolis tie.

AFC North

Cincinnati: Can clinch division title with a win and a Ravens loss.

AFC South

Indianapolis: Has clinched playoff berth.

Can clinch division title with a win or a Tennessee loss; or a tie and a Tennessee tie.

Tennessee*: Can clinch playoff berth with a win or tie; or a loss or tie by Miami, Ravens or Cincinnati.

AFC West

Kansas City: Has clinched division title.

Can clinch first-round bye with an Indianapolis loss; or a win or tie and an Indianapolis tie.

Denver: Can clinch playoff berth with a win and a loss or tie by Ravens or Cincinnati; or a tie, plus a Miami loss or tie and a loss by Ravens or Cincinnati.

NFC East

Philadelphia: Has clinched playoff berth.

Can clinch division title and first-round bye with a win or tie; or a Dallas loss or tie. Can clinch home-field advantage throughout playoffs with a win and a St. Louis loss.

Dallas*: Can clinch playoff berth with a win; or a tie and a Minnesota loss; or a tie and a loss or tie by Green Bay or Seattle; or losses by Minnesota, Green Bay and Seattle plus a loss or tie by New Orleans and Tampa Bay.

NFC North

Minnesota*: Can clinch division title with a win, a Green Bay loss, plus an Atlanta win, plus wins by two of three from Detroit, Washington and Pittsburgh. Can clinch playoff berth with a win, plus a Dallas win or tie, plus a Seattle loss, plus a loss or tie by New Orleans and Tampa Bay.

Green Bay: Can clinch playoff berth with a win, plus a Dallas win or tie, plus a Seattle loss and a New Orleans loss or tie.

NFC South

Carolina: Has clinched division title.

NFC West

St. Louis: Has clinched division title. Can clinch first-round bye with a win or tie; or a Carolina loss or tie.*-There are other scenarios in which Tennessee, Dallas and Minnesota can clinch playoff berths based on strength of victory tiebreaker.

Note: Arizona, Atlanta, Buffalo, Chicago, Cleveland, Detroit, Houston, Jacksonville, N.Y. Giants, N.Y. Jets, Oakland, Pittsburgh, San Diego, San Francisco and Washington have been eliminated from playoff contention.
