Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore City

Southeastern District

Arrests: A vehicle sought in connection with two robberies was stopped by police just after midnight Monday in the 2500 block of Boston St., and two suspects were arrested. Charged with robbing a man of $25 on Elliott Street at 3:20 a.m. Sunday, and attempting to rob another minutes later on Fait Avenue were George Brown, 23, of the 100 block N. Luzerne Ave. and Kevin Carter, 22, of the 200 block of Silver Court.

Northeastern District

Arrest: James Dorsey, 22, of the 1200 block of Winston Ave. was meeting with his probation officer at a state parole and probation field office in the 2100 block of Guilford Ave. on Tuesday when police arrested him on a warrant charging him with attempted murder in the shooting Nov. 29 of Charles Elbeck, 24, in the 4300 block of Belair Road.

Northwestern District

Arrest: Perry Hudgins, 19, was arrested Monday near his home in the 3600 block of W. Belvedere Ave. on a warrant charging him with attempted murder in the shooting Nov. 13 of Carlos Jessup, 33, in the 5000 block of Arbutus Ave.

Carjacking: A gunman entered a man's car at North and Madison avenues about 2:30 a.m. yesterday, forced him to drive to the rear of an apartment building near Kennison Avenue and robbed him of $18 and a watch. The gunman then drove away in the victim's 1993 Lincoln Mark 8 Town Car with tags MBV 265.

Southern District

Stabbing: Danny Chestnut, 34, was attacked by three men in the 1500 block of Ramsey St. about 1:30 a.m. yesterday and stabbed in the left shoulder. He was treated at University of Maryland Medical Center.

Baltimore County

Franklin Precinct

Burglary: A man entered a house in the 3800 block of Patterson Ave. about 4 a.m. Monday, bound a sleeping woman's feet with socks and stole a television, jewelry, cash and cigarettes. The woman was unhurt.

North Point Precinct

Burglary: Several pieces of jewelry and two watches - all valued at $1,471 - were stolen Monday from an apartment in the 7900 block of Trappe Road.

Cockeysville Precinct

Burglary: A generator valued at $629 was stolen Monday from a construction trailer parked in the 11200 block of York Road.
