Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore City

Southern District

Stolen car/abduction: An 18-year-old woman was seated in a parked Pontiac in the 600 block of Wyeth St. about 2 a.m. Saturday when a man entered the car and drove off. Despite the woman's pleas to let her out, the man continued driving until he spotted two police officers near Club Paradox in the 1300 block of Russell St. He then lost control of the vehicle, struck a fence and two parked cars and fled on foot. The woman was not injured.

Arrest: Chris Mann, 22, of the 1500 block Lester Morton Court was arrested Thursday at his attorney's office by members of the Warrant Apprehension Task Force on a charge of first-degree murder in the shooting of Rickey Prince, 17, of Randallstown. Prince's body was found in a ravine behind Fantasies Nightclub in the 5500 block of Pennington Ave. in Curtis Bay on April 23, shot in the head.

Arrest: Shawn Ruffin, 30, of the 800 block of Bridgeview Road in Cherry Hill was arrested Friday at his home on a warrant charging him with first-degree assault in the shooting Nov. 8 of Daniel Myers, 24, of Randallstown, in the 2800 block of Spelman Road.

Stolen vehicle: A silver 2001 Chrysler with tags JDH 045 was stolen Sunday in the 2500 block of Southdene Ave.

Central District

Robbery: William Titus, 75, was walking in the 1900 block of Maryland Ave. about 10:30 a.m. Sunday when two men knocked him to the ground and robbed him of $33.

Robbery: A man armed with a knife robbed a woman, 26, of $80 as she walked in the 1700 block of Bolton St. about 5:45 a.m. Sunday.

Burglary: Someone broke into a 7-Eleven store in the 1100 block of N. Calvert St. through a door about 3 a.m. Sunday and stole cigarettes valued at $1,000.

Theft: Power tools valued at $850 were stolen Sunday from a GMC van parked in the 100 block of Hopkins Plaza.

Baltimore County

Franklin Precinct

Robbery/shooting: Police continued to seek three men in a robbery and shooting at Wendy's in the 10100 block of Reisterstown Road in Garrison about 6:40 p.m. Sunday. The restaurant's manager, Philip Lee, 48, was shot in the abdomen and reported in serious condition at Sinai Hospital. Anyone with information about the crime is urged to call the precinct at 410-887-6975.

Stolen vehicle: A 1991 Ford pickup truck with tags 06473P was stolen Sunday in the 7200 block of Valley Country Court.

Essex Precinct

Theft from vehicle: Power tools valued at more than $500 were stolen during the weekend from a pickup truck parked in the 2300 block of Riverside Drive.

Burglary: During the weekend, someone entered the rear yard of a house in the 600 block of Kingston Road and stole two mountain bicycles valued at $400.
