Developers to meet with communities

Developers planning subdivisions in eastern Howard County or projects that require conditional-use permission must meet with neighbors before submitting plans to the county. The next meetings are:

Tomorrow at 5:30 p.m. at Frederick Ward Associates, Inc., 7125 Riverwood Drive, Columbia, for a proposal to build a home on a half-acre of the Klein Avenue property, 3617 Klein Ave., Ellicott City.

Tomorrow at 6 p.m. at Frederick Ward Associates Inc., 7125 Riverwood Drive, Columbia, for a proposal to build four units on 5.878 acres of the Wildman property, 3713 Fels Lane, Ellicott City.

Tomorrow at 6 p.m. at Land Design & Development Inc., 8000 Main St., Ellicott City, for a proposal to build four units on 4 acres of the Church of God property, 7340 Long View Road, North Laurel.

Tomorrow at 6:30 p.m. at Frederick Ward Associates Inc., 7125 Riverwood Drive, Columbia, for a proposal to build two units on 1.097 acres of the Warren property, 3075 St. Johns Lane, Ellicott City.

Tomorrow at 7 p.m. at Frederick Ward Associates Inc., 7125 Riverwood Drive, Columbia, for a proposal to build one unit on an acre of the Oaks property, 3107 Edgewood Road, Ellicott City.

Wednesday at 10 a.m. at 3774 Old Columbia Pike, Ellicott City, for a conditional-use proposal to open an art or handicraft studio there.
