Loyola's women's basketball team had three players score in double figures and led nearly the entire 40 minutes of a 61-50 victory over visiting Manhattan in a Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference game yesterday.

Sophomore Lauren Troupe scored a team-high 14 points for the Greyhounds (3-2, 1-1). Manhattan's Rosalee Mason had 19.

Nazareth 80, Frostburg State 68: Tracey Little scored a career-best 32, but the Bobcats (5-3) fell to the Golden Flyers (3-2) in the final of the Holiday Inn Airport Tournament in Rochester, N.Y., ending a three-game winning streak.

Coppin State 54, North Carolina-Greensboro 49: The Lady Eagles (2-3) shot poorly in the first half of the U.S. Cellular Lady Pirate Invitational consolation game in Greenville, N.C., and worse in the second, but got the job done at the free-throw line, scoring twice as many points there (18) as did the Spartans (1-4).
